Expo Cannabis Argentina fills La Rural, the landmark fairgrounds in Buenos Aires' Palermo district, for three days each spring. With more than 400 stands it is one of the largest cannabis gatherings in Latin America, covering medical, industrial and adult-use angles of the plant in a country where the REPROCANN registry lets patients grow or source cannabis legally. The program goes well beyond booths. There are conference talks and workshops across all three days, plus on-site medical consultations — including veterinary cannabis consultations, which says something about how broad the Argentine scene has become. Patients, growers, doctors, entrepreneurs and policymakers all show up, and the event has become the annual meeting point for the Spanish-speaking cannabis world.
